This beautiful Victorian home has retained its charm and elegance both inside and out. Its first floor extension was designed to be the kid’s retreat. It has three spacious light filled rooms with large built in robes, a elegant modern bathroom with accents of period charm and a large rumpus room. The ground floor was barely altered, other than rebuilding one wall to accommodate the beautiful “fluted” timber staircase.
The attention to detail from the gable fret work to the installation of replica Victorian gutter cornice and leadlight panels really gives this home its historic charm . Whilst the rich neutral colour palette gives it a modern stylish feel that still compliments its history. This sizable addition blends seamlessly into the original home and is barely noticeable from the front façade.
