This industrial style building with uninterrupted views of the Melbourne City skyline required renovations to provide the Owners with an Entertainers delight.
The Rooftop Deck was transformed including new clear glass balustrade allowing you to take in amazing views of the CDB.
Carefully designed details of the renovations also included double glazed quantum aluminum windows and doors, for its industrial look and its noise control.
The Kitchen was designed to be more functional and lighter and now has a better flow between the adjoining living spaces.
A curved wall was added to the new ground floor Entry to add elegance to the design which provided a separate Cloak room.
The client needed the ground floor to be a functional living space become home office with storage. We installed a custom made wall bookcase, storage cupboards and finished the concrete flooring off with a polished finish that the clients were excited with.
